What is SwapYourDeals?
SwapYourDeals is a marketplace for people to buy and sell deals from “daily deal” sites such as Cudo, Living Social, Groupon, Spreets, Ouffer, Scoopon and many others. On SwapYourDeals you can sell the daily deals that you bought but won’t use, buy deals that you missed. Pick the deal, contact the seller, Negotiate the payment method, then SWAP it. Every voucher being sold here should be authentic and usable.
Is it Free to use SwapYourDeals?
Yes, swapyourdeals.com is absolutely free for buyers and sellers. We do not charge buyers or sellers any fees for using our marketplace.
How do I set up my account?
You can set up your account for free.
Can I change my username or password?
Yes, log in to your account, go to account settings, and change your username and password.
Selling FAQ
How do I list my deals/voucher?
Just click on “pose an ad.” Button and register your account and list your deals/vouchers. Then we will send you a confirmation email. You can always come back and check the status of your listing and change your account information.
When does my listing expire?
Your listing expires when the actual deal expires.
How to effectively sell your voucher?
Provide detailed information of the deal, what it entails, when the deal expires, why yourself could not use the deal, and most importantly, include an image, which makes your ad look much appealing!
What should I do after my deal/voucher sold?
Please go back to SwapYourDeals.com, and log in, click “manage ad” and mark sold. In this way, no other buyers will contact you anymore.
Buying FAQ
How do I buy a deal/voucher or make an offer?
Click the ad. that you are interested to contact the buyer.
How do I pay for the deal/voucher?
We leave this up to the buyer and seller, however we recommend PayPal to be used for money transaction, at which time the seller will email the coupon’s PDF (or the coupon code) to the buyer.
Can I pay on the site?
At the moment, SwapYourDeals doesn’t support money transaction. However, we are looking into to incorporate PayPal to the site, in order to simplify the payment process.
What is a seller is dishonest?
To protect yourself we recommend you to use PayPal. If vouchers is not valid or anything is wrong, you can go to your PayPal account and dispute transaction. PayPal have world-class dispute resolutions and they may even block sellers account till issue is not solved.
When can I use my voucher(s)?
Vouchers can be used immediately after your purchase is finished with the seller.
